  • Signing the preliminary purchase agreement: After choosing the property, a preliminary contract is stipulated, which defines the technical characteristics of the house, the agreed values for the future purchase, payment terms, and delivery date.
  • Documentation and financial situation verification: If necessary, the client can request a mortgage in various ways with a credit institution of their choice. Our company guarantees free consultation and all technical documentation necessary for stipulating the best financing tailored to you.
  • Notarial deed: The final step, with which you officially become the owner of the house.

The time needed to complete a new construction depends on various factors, including the type of building, size, and project complexity. On average, a new residential construction requires a minimum of 12 months from the start of work to final delivery.
The delivery time for the client varies in relation to the progress of work, indicatively from minimum 2 months if only the finishes are missing, to 24 months if the construction is complex and yet to begin.

  • Acoustic insulation: Walls and floors are designed to minimize noise transmission between different housing units, using sound-absorbing materials and specific construction techniques.

Yes, we offer various customization options to adapt the house to your tastes and needs. You can choose between different types of flooring, coatings, technological systems, and even modify the layout of interior spaces according to your preferences. Customizations are agreed upon before work begins and depend on the project phase.

In case of condominium: Common expenses depend on the size and services offered by the condominium (for example, garden, elevator, cleaning, maintenance, and insurance). We provide an accurate estimate at the time of purchase. All our properties are newly built and designed for low maintenance costs. Considering that extraordinary maintenance costs are sometimes the highest cost item, they are practically non-existent for the first twenty years of the home’s life.
